Rare Vintage 1800's Shoe Repair Shop Sign!!! This is a really neat primitive rare shoe cobbler sign from long ago! The sign is 2 sided so that the customers could read the sign whichever way they w going down the walkway. Still has the old original paint some has worn away and looks as if the shop owner tried to touch it up as the years went by. I have not cleaned or altered this in any way I will leave that up to you if you choose to do that. This is being sold as found. I personally would leave this sign in it's original form. I love the primitive rustic way it looks. The name on the sign looks like it reads I. D. SEASE looks to have been done in that old dry milk paint. So unique would look great displayed with some vintage shoes. This has some iron brackets so that the sign would of hung from some kind of iron arm coming off of the shops building.
