The 5150 mainframe technology upgrades the previous Liquid Metal Plasma series with a stronger taper and improved endcap to increase the length of the hitting area. Sweat feel and sound - the ball explodes off this bat!! He hit 2 homers in consecutive at-bats in Fall Ball, now he wants the next size up so he can grow into it. He's been using a couple Eastons the last few years with thin handles & 2-3/4" barrel and its been a mistake.
