This is a classic early battery- operated tube radio made by RCA in 1923 in very nice condition. It takes 3 UV-199 tubes. T are 3 untested UV-199's in the radio, and an extra boxed and untested UV-199 is included. T is a built-in speaker on the right side of the radio. The finsih is original and in very good condition. As can be seen in the pictures, the serial number of this unit is 5479. The only major cosmestic issues: a tear in the right grill cloth, a very small tear on the left grill cloth, the knob on the left handle is missing, and the front feet are a little chipped. Each of these issues is visible in the pictures. Also included is the cable that came with the radio as seen in the pictures. It is electronically untested and should be considered nonworking, but everything needed to get it up and running appears to be t except for the batteries. The batteries pictured are included but not functional. This is a very nice example of an extremely collectible radio. Shipping/handling/insurance is a flat $65.00 anyw is the U.S.A. or Canada I accept PAYPAL or money orders only. I would be happy to answer any questions or send additional photos of the front control panel, speaker, or chassis. Thanks for looking!
