Very fine Rectaflex 1300 (25000 series) body in full working order. The only cosmetic blemishes are a very slight ding at the back of the prism housing, and some slight wear in the chrome of the housing, hardly visible except in reflected light. Everything works as it should, though slow speeds (from 1 sec to 1/10 sec) are a little fast. The black paint has peeled a bit on the inside of the back (photo 9), and there is a slight chip (that has no practical effect in use) on the take-up spool (photo 10). After a few months’ interruption, while I have been recovering from a broken hand, I am now resuming my eBay sales. Over the next few months, I will gradually be disposing of most of the rest of my collection of cameras and lenses (mostly Leica copies and derivatives, and early European SLRs), slowly built up over the last twenty years. Some are exceedingly rare, most are in exceptional condition. Check my other listings, and keep a watch on my future auctions, or you may miss something you want. Unless there is a Buy-it-Now price specified in the listing, I will not end the auction early. I believe it is not fair to prospective bidders to change the rules in mid-auction, so please do not ask. Shipping: Shipping by registered priority airmail, with insurance and recorded delivery (where available), is £15/20 within the European Union, £20/30 to all other countries. I normally ship once a week, usually on Thursdays or Fridays (see below). Parcels within Europe usually arrive in 3-7 days, elsewhere they can take longer (usually 7-10 days, not allowing for customs delays, which in some countries can be considerable). I will send an email with the tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped. If you have special requirements as regards shipping, please contact me before bidding. Payment: a) Buyers from within the European Union may pay by bank wire transfer in euros (bank account details - IBAN and SWIFT/BIC – will be sent to the winning bidder after the auction ends) or by Paypal in pounds sterling. b) Buyers from elsewhere may pay in sterling by Paypal or by bank wire transfer in euros ( net of all bank charges ). c) If converting pounds sterling to euros, please use the daily rates given by /ucc . Buyers are expected to contact the seller within three days of the auction end (normally on Sundays), and those paying within this period can usually expect to have their items posted by the Thursday or Friday of the same week. Those paying after Wednesday will have to wait for the next weekly shipment. Except by special arrangement, payment must be received within ten days of auction end or the sale will be cancelled, the item relisted, and negative feedback posted.
