This is a wonderful little Tilt style 40's hat for Gene and same size friends. The hat is made from a red lacy straw brim with a cloud of red tulle covering white silk roses and red straw bow at side with rhinestone accent. Held in place with a fine elastic strap. Very stylish. I make all my hats from vintage materials,some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each by hand. I have a 30 year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home.
