Great, rare, Detroit News printing plate from May 15, 1997. Title is 'READY TO RUMBLE'. It's a great collectors item and a great piece of Hockeytown history. Even better if you are a Mike Vernon fan. The plate was actually used to print papers for this day. It does show a tiny bit of 'wear' to it. But is in EXCELLENT condition. Would be great mounted or framed -- better than just sitting in my basement. Check out my other auctions -- I have 3 more to list -- 2 are great Stanley Cup plates and the 1997 Stanley Cup team picture!!! All 4 would be a great set.
