A. & R. A. Reid, Printers, 1879.� First edition. Octavo (20 cm); 107 pp. Green, gilt stamped cloth, blind-ruling. Cloth is mottled; corners slightly bumped. Still, a very tight copy and Fine internally. John Wilbur was a Quaker minister who became embroiled in a dispute with prominent English Quaker Joseph John Gurney, which led to a split amongst New England Friends into Wilburite and Gurneyite factions.
