This auction is for a lovely glass wind chime from Japan. It comes in it's original box, which is just a little card board box, and has a tag on the side that reads "no. 3584, glass wind chime, made in japan" with an image of saturn next to the writing. The glass is textured and on the small square pieces each one is a little different, hopefully you can tell this in the photos. The decoration is hand painted on. The string is held in place with glue and a little piece of round gold paper. This is a chime you probably really wouldn't want to hand outside because of the paper and because it is so delicate with the glass...maybe on a covered porch. It stands 19" tall and 4" across.
