Winning bidder to receive a 1991 Gartlan USA Inc. Rod Carew Autographed Figurine. This figurine has been 'Personally Hand Autographed' (auto / signed) by Rod Carew. One of the greatest hitters baseball has ever known, Carew hit more than .300 for 15 consecutive seasons, was the 1967 AL Rookie of the year and 1977 MVP. The figurine commemorates Carew's illustrious career and is limited to a worldwide edition of 1,991 - citing the year of his induction into Baseball's Hall of Fame (HOF). This figurine is serially numbered 435 and Certificate of Authenticity from Gartlan is included with the figurine. The Carew figurine measures 9" tall (base to the top of the helmet) with a 7" x 4" oval base. This porcelain-cast figurine depicts Carew in his Minnesota Twins "home / white" #29 uniform. The figurine details include batting glove, Twins emblem on sleeve and baseball cap in back pocket. The FIGURINE is in MINT condition and the COLORS are SUPER PRISTINE!
