This is a splendid and rare pair of Presidential Cuff Links that were given out on special occasions to VIP's and Heads of State by President Ronald Reagan . They're very beautiful ! This rarely seen pair of Cuff Links have a 3/4th's inch head and are covered in a fine, and highly polished 14 karat gold. They feature an uncommon style of The Presidential Seal that you will rarely ever see, which uses the older version of The Federal Eagle and is covered by a translucent epoxy ( not enamel! ) coating. In the center in the bold Presidential Seal surrounded by a white border with shiny gold lettering that reads: " SEAL OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES " . This is accented by a very highly polished gold border. On the back of each cufflink is the engraved signature of Ronald Reagan . These splendid pair of Cuff Links come to you just as they came from The White House . They come displayed in their original Leather covered and Velvet Lined Presentation Box.
