This beautiful 10" tall Rookwood Pottery scenic vellum landscape vase is decorated with birch trees, a lake and a gorgeous skyline of pink, cream and grey fading to blue at the top. The bottom has the Rookwood logo, XIV for 1914, 917B, V, and the mark for Edward T. Hurley who worked at Rookwood from 1896 to 1946. T is the crazing and some peppering which you would expect in a vase of this age and t are two crayon (I think) marks on the lip and on the bottom but otherwise it has no chips, cracks or repairs. I'm starting it at $1500 with no Reserve. I pack with lots of bubblewrap and peanuts and I require insurance and prefer USPS Priority. I've added a close up picture of the crazing with one of the "peppering" spots. Hope that helps!
