Shipping and insurance costs are $10.00 for most US buyers - West Coast buyers as well as CO, MT, NV, etc are $3.00 extra. (International shipping costs and non-contiguous to be determined by actual Post Office quote). Buyer assumes responsibility for any damage during shipping.
