You are bidding on the Royal Doulton figurine BELLE O' THE BALL (HN 1997). The figurine is 6" tall, 8 1/2" long and 4 1/2" deep, and the predominant colors are red and white. The lady is sitting on a divan with a multicolored pillow. She is holding a mask in one hand. This figurine has a very Old South, "southern belle" feel to it. This figurine was designed by R/ Asplin and issued between 1947 and 1979. My mother bought this figurine and left it to me when she died. I do not have the original box for this figurine. I would rate this figurine as being in pristine condition, with no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. According to The Charlton Standard Catalogue of Royal Doulton Figurines (7th Ed.), the value of this figurine is US$500, Can.$625 and UK300. Because of the size of this figurine, it will be shipped in a larger box (so shipping charges will be slightly higher), and insurance will be required.
