Retired in 1998, Primrose by Royal Doulton is made of fine china, modelled by Valerie Annand, she doesn't get listed much because owners don't want to part with her for she is a Striking & Outstanding figurine dressed in Victorian Fashion with plenty of dressmaker details, her face is beautiful with well defined features, her hat & outfit is Elegant in beautiful colors of yellows, blues & pinks, there is tons of plumage on that gorgeous hat, pictures tell the story, I have taken pictures in various lighting so you can see that she is perfect & beautiful, what a prize for your collection, thanks so much for looking.
