Offered for bid is one Roycroft Arts and Cratfs Movement copper inkwell. Although the inkwell is in very nice shape it is missing the top. The insert is intact and perfect. I believe the glass in Roycroft items was manufactured by Steuben which is in Corning NY not too far from East Aurora NY which was rthe center of the Arts and Crafts movement. The metal portion of the inkwell is in fine shape with no dents or scratches and the surface has an excellent patina. It is clearly marked on the bottom the the standard Roycroft mark. An outstanding addition to any Arts and Crafts collection. Thank you for looking and please bid with confidence.
