A rare genuine 1980's vintage large Russian mens military wristwatch made by the Vostok (Boctok) watch factory. Vostok means East in Russian. It has a revolving bezel and a screw-down crown. The watch is in very good used condition, (please see photos for condition). It is a mechanical wind-up watch and is working very well and keeps very good time. On the face below the 12 is the word 'komandirskie' commander. Above the 6 is CДЕЛAHO В CCCP in english this means 'Made in USSR'. Only Vostok watches with 'CCCP' at the bottom of the dial are real Soviet era watches!!! Size: diameter 4.5cm inc crown. The case is silver in colour and made of metal. The wristwatch comes with a new black leather strap. Unlike so many of the Russian watches on ebay this watch was made when Russia was the Soviet Union not a modern copy.
