This is a One of a Kind rustic little restaurant. The building, and everything inside the restaurant( counter,stools and booths etc.) are all handmade of solid wood. The sign on top of the building and on 2 sides "RUBY'S DINER" are also handmade. All has been given a weathered aged look. The roof is removeable for easy access inside. The front steps are not connected. The foundation is made with weather resistant wood. The windows and doors do not open. This building is approx. 9" tall X 11 1/2" wide x 13" deep . All has been painted with exterior paints. The exterior has been coated with an industrial marine flat clear finish. The figures are not included. This building would go great with G scale, or make a nice collector's item. If you should have any questions please ask, as all sales are final. THANKS for LOOKING!!!!
