July 27, 1900 Check with black cat logo of the International Concatenated Order of Hoo-Hoo, a fraternal organization founded in 1892 for members of the forest product industry. Very Early example. The lots in our weekly auction sales for stamps, coins and collectables have absolutely no reserve prices regardless of catalogue value. Stamps are described using the following symbols: (*) unused [without gum], * unused original gum, previously hinged, and ** unused original gum never hinged. All stamps are genuine and sound unless otherwise described . Prices listed in the description of lots reference either 2010 Scott [ United States , in US Dollars] prices, or Michel [ Germany , in Euros], Unitrade [ Canada , in Canadian Dollars], or Stanley Gibbons [ United Kingdom , in Pounds]. When possible the number of stamps issued is also indicated in [brackets]. Shipments outside the United States with a value in excess of $50.00 may , at my sole discretion, be billed an additional $15.00 for shipment by registered mail. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
