Sacred Skull Bone Mala Necklace This Strand of Skull Bone Beads is just one of the fantastic items that we brought back from our last buying trip through Asia. The Faithful use this type of Mala when they go to the Holy places to Meditate. We were able to acquire a small number of these at a very good price and will try to pass the savings on to all who would like one by having a low starting bid price. This Tibetan Mala is said to be made of SACRED COW SKULL BONE. It is beautifully inlaid with Silver and Copper Colored Bands. There are small pieces of Red Coral and Sky Blue Turquoise embedded into the Cow Bone. This style of Mala is one of the more interesting types that we have had the privilege to offer and still retains the slight aroma of Yak butter, so present in all the Tibetans Most Holy Places. This Mala consists of 108 Sacred Beads and measures approx. 29" in length. Each Skull Bone Bead measures approx. 1/2" by 1/4".
