For sale is the first release of sailor Vern's collection of acetate stencil rubbings. Sailor Vern worked alongside Cap Coleman in Norfolk in the 1940s and was an influential machine builder into the 1970s. Almost 1000 designs from the 1920s-1950s, many versions of tattoo designs from the era and many never before published or released publicly. This book is 90 pages one sided black and white on laser paper with heavy stock cover and comb bound. Limited to 18 copies. Tons of traditional designs, lots of tried and true sellers as well as one-offs an custom sketches forgotten over time.
