Painted on MDF wood piece which guarantees high quality and long lasting of the materials. The icon is entirely made by hand using old iconography technology. Painted using traditional egg tempera and covered with protective varnish on top. In the four corners of the icon you can see four of the Apostles. The gold embossed ornaments really make the icon stand out with its rich colors. A hand crafted metal hook is attached on top so that the icon can be hang on a wall.
