Custom Built by Myself and the Mrs. to approximately 1:22.5 or G scale.Overall footprint is 10 1/2 " deep 8" wide and 8 1/2" high. All weather construction made with custom milled Cedar lumber , Exterior plywood, PVC roof and painted with the best 2 coat exterior paint. Roof Has Real Corrugated Metal !!! Includes 1 pallet, 1 barrel, and 2 feed/seed sacks. Comes with cedar Loading Dock !! Walls have real Cedar lap siding !!! All signs coated with UV protectant but care must be taken to avoid fading. Detailed windows with plastic panes. All doors and windows are stationary. Will look great in any Garden Train setting or diorama. You are buying the building , It does not include figures, vehicles,coke machine, tools, trees, gravel, rocks, etc. This is not a toy for children. It is scenery for train enthusiasts.
