This is a BOXED item - it appears complete in every respect . The NWV Model Railroad Society is a 501(c)(3) educational organization dedicated to passing the art and craft of model railroading to the next generation, Our Educational mission is to teach by means of our demonstration layout, the NWV, the principles of modern model railroading. We demonstrate locally in the Essex Vermont area several times each year and sponsor the largest model train exposition in Vermont where model railroaders of all ages can come and learn more about the hobby.As a part of our operations we constantly receive donations from the general public and this is one of those items. Each donation is carefully inspected, tested and reviewed to find the best use within the NWV. Items that cannot readily be used to support our educational mission or that are surplus are sold to raise funds for the onging use of the NWV.This is such an item - we are all model railroaders and if you have any concerns with this auction we will make it right.Thanks for looking and supporting our ongoing efforts.Paypal only please - sales to USA only.
