O scale Plasticville 1907-198Apartment House. Kit is complete and unglued. Box is in good shape. Please see pics. BEFORE YOU BID : This is for the nitpickers…everything I list is now identified as USED unless it is factory sealed. If you want absolutely perfect with a factory guarantee then buy from a hobby shop, not from a hobbyist. Some items that we buy are already assembled, so we are unaware of how much running time an item may have been used. Since these are not factory boxed and shipped it is possible parts such as couplers may come off during shipping, especially with older pieces ( IF YOU WANT AN ITEM INSURED, NOTIFY US PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENT, THIS COST WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE ). Some items may have broken, missing, replaced parts, or other defects. We will try and list these as much as possible but it is also possible we will miss something, please see REFUNDS below. If you have a question on an item, ASK BEFORE BIDDING . PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE IF BIDDING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS as the shipping costs may be LESS after I combine shipping where possible.
