SCARCE~RARE . . . QUITE HARD TO FIND A COMPLETE SET LIKE THIS! You are bidding on a vintage art pottery(red clay) STACKING teapot set made by Shafford, Japan. These black cat figural pots fit on top of each other! Two of the black cats have their eyes open. One (the sugar) has his eyes closed(napping). Tea and cream~milk would be poured through the cats paw. Ha! The tea pot measures approximately 8 1/4" long, 4 3/4" wide. The entire set, when stacked , sits a tad under 8" high. T are NO Cracks - t is a tiny nick~chip on the lid, as shown in my picture and a couple little spots of paint which I haven't been able to remove. Minuscule manufacturing blemishes. The set is unmarked .
