Scout / Guide Neckerchief Slide Turks Head Design Woggle. Black Leather This Turks Head has been beautifully hand crafted in the UK using a continuous length of black leather into an attractive necker slide woggle . It has been a favourite design with the Scout/Guide movement for many years. In the "old days" if a Scout urgently needed a length of string it was said he could always unfasten his Turks Head Necker Slide Woggle. But I doubt he would, unfastening a turks head knot would take forever, and anyway it's far too precious.
