The layout is typical of a 5 piece drum kit with a snare, 3 toms, kick drum, 2 cymbals and a hi-hat. There are 20 preset kits offering a variety of drum sounds and 10 user kits to make up your own. The brain also has 50 preset beats to play along to which is a great way to learn. The pads on the kit are super responsive and being electric you can play as loud or as quiet as you wish!
