Take a look at this 1899-1909 Indian Head Cents Collection! All the coins are hand selected, there are absolutely no junk coins in this lot. The coins are in beautiful EXTRA FINE conditions, all with fantastic details, color and eye appeal. Total of 10 Indian Head Cents! Manifest: 1899 1901 1902 1903 1904 1905 1906 1907 1908 1909 The Indian Head Penny was produced by the United States Mint from 1859 to 1909 at the Philadelphia Mint and in 1908 and 1909 at the San Francisco Mint. It was designed by James Barton Longacre, the engraver at the Philadelphia Mint. The obverse of the coin shows "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", the head of Liberty wearing a feathered head dress of a Native American and the year of production. It was rumoured that the model for the front of the coin was Longacres daughter but could never be proved. The word "LIBERTY" appears on the band of the head dress as is required on all United States coins. This coin will make a great addition to your collection!
