Collier & Son ., Year 1902 ., measure 5-5/8"x 8-1/8"x 1" ., have graphic stamp "PROGRESSIVE LEAGUE INCORPORATED 1907 ERIE, PA" on first blank page (see above 5th scan picture) ., no writing/marked all pages ., firm blinding ., no tears/missing all pages ..
