Here is a set of six "Seasons of the Year" plates by artist Barbara Bourgeau-Richards. The plates, each measuring 8-1/4 inches, are: 1993 "The Littlest Angel, 2298 of an edition of 5000; 1994 "Harvest of Memories," 1224/10,000; 1994 "A Christmas Tradition," 1360/10,000; 1994 "A Mother's Treasures," 152/10,000; 1995, "Summer Morn," 1432/10,000; and 1996 "Decorated with Easter," 204/5,000. The first five plates are made by Pfaltzgraff, while the 1995 Easter plate does not list a maker. All plates are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. "Mother's Treasures" has a few tiny scratches at the bottom. Bourgeau-Richards is a self-taught watercolor folk artist whose designs have also appeared on calendars, cards, and cross-stitch patterns.
