*RARE* "Shank Logo" Super Grain KAYWOODIE 1930's, Gorgeous Grain, VERY NEAR MINT DescriptionShank Logo - Super Grain KAYWOODIEEarly 1930's, Grecian Briar , 5107CBeautiful Grain Fresh Appearance4-Hole Stinger, Very Near Mint!Offering a gorgeously grained early Super Grain Kaywoodie, with the very collectible "shank logo" or the clover inlaid in the shank of the pipe rather than on the stem! These pipes were produced during the early 1930's and are a collectible rarity. It's a very attractive full scale bulldog with taller bowl and diamond shank, and it looks lightly smoked. Pretty grain with fresh color, made of Grecian briar, and the condition is very near mint. The stem has the patented Drinkless fitment, with bigger threads and bigger 4-hole cross drilled ball end, no tooth marks. It's also got both Drinkless stamping plus the early REG. NO. 213698 stamping for the stinger design. It sports no clover logo on top because it's on the shank of the bowl. It comes in an early Super Grain box, with fitted pipe pouch with snap closure.
