GIFT WORTHYThe Zampiva website states that each of the clown figurines is different and consists of unique characteristics, individually hand crafted and hand painted. They are fired 3 times! Mr. Lino Zampiva established his company in 1976 in Montebello Vicentino, Italy. The last two photos shows the group of Zampiva clowns that I am listing individually since not everyone would like all of them. But, if you are interested in more than one, let me know which ones and make an offer. All of them have the flat base with the protective felt on the bottom (I noticed that most of the Zampiva clowns do not have the flat base). And, on the top of the base of each of them is the hand signed Zampiva name and the original Zampiva sticker (RARE) with "made in Italy" and "DECORATE A MANO" on this one. I included photos using both a white and a black background to show off the features and colors. Please excuse the light reflecting off the hat and other areas. This Zampiva clown measures right at 4 1/4 inches in height. The base is about 3 x 3 inches. It figurine has a small chip on the rim of the saxophone and an extra piece of extra clay at the bottom of the back base (manufacturer), please see photos.
