RARE Signed TOMAS LUCANO Petatillo Folk Art.In excellent used condition, does have a few small areas on the edge where paint is slightly nicked (please see photos). This is the great grandfather of Cesar Lucano. Petatillo is hatchwork painting to look like linen. The plate measures 9 1/2 inches across. In my research it is from the 1930's or earlier.
