Up for auction is a Silver Age The Avengers "His Name is Yellowjacket!", issue #59, December 1968 in Fine 6.0 condition and likely better. Keep in mind, I'm not a professional grader, but I have had the experience of grading hundreds of my dads collection and you can see that from my other auctions and feedback I take great care in assessing the comic book. I am working off of the Ebay Pricing Guide, so please refer to it is for reference. I try to be as conservative as possible and the imperfections for this copy are as follows;Excellent color and reflectivity. Minor stress creases and color breaks along spine with color breaks at staple points. Top of spine slight fray and bottom very slightly blunted. Right bottom tip slightly blunted with minute color loss and crease. Top right corner tip slightly creased with color break in multiple positions. Dot color loss above "E" for Avengers and crease under it as well. Small indents at Giant Man's right hip in certain light. Right edge hairline color breaks with crease up to Vision from handling. Foxing in white areas. Back cover shows light creases at top left corner with heavier foxing. Small tear at left edge with crease as well as lower edge to crease at corner left bottom. Light stress creases along spine. Light pen impression lines behind and below "Norman" in certain light. Slight read more
