It will sew heavy fabrics, layers of fabrics, and leather. This machine has one cam installed and comes with a button hole attachment and several other attachments as shown in the pictures. Other cams and attachments are available online. This machine comes with a nice maple finished table with two leafs It has a knee control To see a great video that describes this machine's capabilities This machine doesn't come with everything this lady has with her machine, but it's a good start. Condition : GNL Designs Vintage specializes in old dusty antiques and collectibles which will generally have light cosmetic marks, grime, scratches, dings and such from time in use over the years. Anything unusual will be noted below. This machine is in very good shape. It was used for years by a taylor and he says it worked great for him to do whatever he wanted it to do. The table is also nice. I do think that the machine needs to be oiled and cleaned. The table has a few scratches on the top.
