This is either a salesman sample or a childs toy Singer sewing machine. It appears to work when you turn the wheel, nothing is locked up or doesn't turn. It does have some paint missing as you can see in the pictures and it could use some fine steel wool to clean off the surface dirt. I haven't attempted to clean it or paint it, figured I'd leave that to someone more knowledgeable than I. The little machine measures 6 1/2" tall, 6" long. Has a brass plate on the front that says The Singer Manufg. Co It also has engraved Made in Great Britian. Made of metal and looks like a real sewing machine thats been reduced in size.
