This auction is for an awesome piece done by Skojde Skjern of Denmark. This is the coolest piece of Danish modern stuff I have seen in a while. It is done in tigerwood veneer and it looks suspiciously like an eyeball. We bought from a gentleman calling it a wine bottle chiller. I can believe that. You can also use it as an ice bucket. I don't believe it is missing a lid as I do not know how one would fit on. It measures 10 1/4" long, 6 1/2" at the rim and 5 3/4" tall. It is in great vintage condition. There are a couple of little chips in the veneer at the base but they are pretty small and because of the stripes on the wood it is barely noticable. Please make sure you check out our other Eames era modern i tems ! NOTE: Almost all the items we sell are vintage in nature. Many of these items have seen decades of use. Please expect a base line of wear. If you would like additional photos or if you have any questions please feel free to ask. If it is in perfect condition we will let you know but if not please do not expect a brand new item to land at your doorstep, it is vintage. We have a 5 business day handling time. We charge actual shipping plus a handling fee which is included in the price you see. We are not trying to make money on our shipping. By bidding on our item you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost quoted. Please do
