I will be leaving for a short buying trip on the Wednesday after this auction closes. If payment is made by noon on Tuesday, Aug. 17, I can ship before I leave. If not, it will ship Monday Aug. 23. The maker of this saltglazed stoneware crock is unknown to me even though it is signed on the bottom. T is a cross, the initials J B and what looks like q and P, incised on the bottom. It has Albany slip inside and thin cobalt decoration on the front. You can feel the turnings on the inside. The condition is excellent with no cracks, chips or even hairlines. You will love the desireable size and overall look of this piece. Size: 6-7/8" diameter top x 5-3/4" diameter bottom x 6-7/8" tall. It weighs 4 lbs unpacked. I ship to the USA only.
