Small Vintage Woven Abenaki Indian Basket Old estate find, this is one of seven baskets that I picked up from a collector. It is made of woven material with wide strips of pale green and red. It has a round shape with a matching lid. In very good vintage condition, I do not know the age. I have shown in the photos a metal tag that says "Genuine Abenakis Indian Handicraft Trade Mark" The metal tag is not included in the sale. Inside the basket are five miniature cone shaped baskets that have colored rings for hanging. They measure 2.5" long. One of the miniatures is missing the ring. The basket measures 2.5" tall, about 6" across. Nice vintage Woven Basket with five miniature baskets, Great collectible, great display piece. Thanks for looking, please email with any questions.
