This Smokey The Bear animation cel is an original, and the art itself is in excellent shape. The clear area of the plastic is dusty and has dirt, which I did not want to remove for fear of damaging the piece. This was handpainted at Spungbuggy, which was located on La Cienega Blvd. right below Sunset Blvd, about 1974.
