Terms For This AuctionGeneral terms (PLEASE READ TO AVOID PROBLEMS LATER) By bidding on this item you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below and are entering into a legally binding contract with me, cbn-001, the seller. Payment is due 3 days from auctions end via PayPal only. If payment is not received item will be relisted on the fourth day and a non paying bidder claim filed with Ebay. You will also be blocked from participating in future auctions. I will cancel bids by bidders with negative feedback or a history of non payment. Yes, I combine shipping if you buy multiple items. The items have to be conducive to combined shipping. For example, up to four (maybe five) loose Star Wars figures can be combined in one small flat rate package. However, 2 heavy amplifiers cannot. International bidders OK, but please be aware you may have duty, import or other taxes at your end that are your responsibility. While I can, in some cases, provide combined shipping, be aware that anything over 4 lbs cannot be sent USPS First Class (cheapest but still expensive) and will have to be sent USPS Priority which is very EXPENSIVE! My shipping estimate for international bidders is based on just the one item up for bid shipped USPS First class. And folks, please don't ask me to alter the value on customs forms. Because of the high shipping cost, I cannot reimburse shipping charges for returns unless something is my mistake. International shipping costs are high these days. Anything over 4 lbs MUST be sent USPS PRIORITY which is even more expensive than USPS First Class (packages under 4 Lbs). Trying to individually calculate costs for every country is not cost effective for me. I offer my items to international buyers as a courtesy if you are willing to pay the high shipping costs and wait the extra time for delivery which I can't control. Finally, since I have a flat International shipping rate, if it turns out to be excessive after I mail it and have the final charge from USPS I will issue you a refund via PayPal. All of my Domestic shipments are sent USPS Priority, first class, or parcel post. Insurance (if over $50) and delivery confirmation will be included in my domestic shipping price. I do not have the economic clout like a Wal*Mart or Target to honor manufacturer guarantees so all items are sold "AS IS" without warranty or guarantee, expressed, written, implied, assumed, or imagined . Also, there are NO RETURNS unless I grossly misrepresent an item in the description, or if your item is SPECIFICALLY LISTED as working or GUARANTEED NOT DOA, and it doesn't .
