Sound Devices 702 compact flash field recorder. I used it lightly for recording live shows, but it has been sitting in a box for a while now. These are some of the best recorders you can buy. Made in the USA. Mic preamps sound stellar and are very quiet. I attached a neck strap commandeered from some Leupold binoculars and spliced a quick connector in the charger so I could power it from an external SLA battery. The only issue is that one of the leds in one of the level meters is burnt out. It's one of the green ones down around -30dB and never caused me any concern.
