Southwestern Folk Art Clay MINI Navajo Nativity Set Designed by April Romo de Vivar. Hard to find resin mini version of Romo de Vivar's larger nativity designs in medium and large size sizes. Recreated by American Legacy Products. In excellent pre-owned condition. It measures approx. 3 3/8" x 2 7/8" and features Jesus, Mary, Joseph, an angel, and a lit kiva fireplace all within a creche. Etched into the resin a r v. Delightful! Some information about the original artist: April Romo de Vivar, Folk Artist (1947-2012). April Romo de Vivar of Tucson, is a folk artist known for her paintings and clay representations of indigenous peoples, cross-cultural nascimientos, and figures of southwestern santos and angels.
