set of 2 Entwistle 'HV 58' humbucker pickups - Alnico magnetics Special Offer This is a set of Entwistle 'HV 58' humbucker pickups, for the bridge and neck positions. We have obtained stocks of these Entwistle HV 58 Alnico humbucker pickups, and so are able to bring you a great offer. These are the standard HV 58 humbuckers, however the neck pickups and bridge pickups come from different batches, and consequently there are minor cosmetic differences between the two. However, these differences are not visible when the pickups are installed (they relate to the base plate, etc), and the internals of the pickups are unchanged, so there is no difference soundwise. There is no compromise in this deal, only savings! Our current eBay store price for a pair of standard HV 58 is £45.98 (£22.99 each) and we are able to offer pairs of these vintage humbuckers with for £24.99 ! That is a remarkable price, a saving of 45% . The classic late ‘50s humbucker, made to original vintage specs . Alnico V magnetics, enamel coated winding wire, scatterwound coils. Unlike modern pickups our HV 58s are not vacuum processed as this reduces the natural gaps in the windings and it is theses gaps that are at the very source of the vintage sound .
