Made in the USA This auction is for a bright duel colored blue and white 31 foot speed agility ladder with black nylon carry bag and free speed drills dvd. This ladder can be snapped together to be used as one long 31 foot ladder or two 15 1/2 foot ladders. It can be used as a side by side ladder for doubles drills or a single line. The snaps are heavy duty snaps. The side rails are black polypro webbing. Each 15 1/2 foot section has 10 high quality plastic rungs spaced approx. 18 inches apart. That is a total of 20 rungs per 31 foot. The plastic rungs are flat (no ankle rollover) and they are adjustable. It can be used on any surface indoors or outdoors. The ladder has slip resistent ends on each rung which helps the ladder to not slide. You can wear any sports shoes when training with this ladder, even cleats. This quality ladder even stands up to the heavy use of teams. Good for all sports. This is a duel colored ladder. Duel colored ladders take advantage of the newest training techniques used by college athletes. This ladder allows you to use verbal command training with color change speed training. This is how it works: Instruct the athlete to quickly adjust their footing to a different speed drill as they go into a different color.
