REVELL 1/32 Plastic Construction Kit 04704 Vickers Supermarine SPITFIRE Mk22 of 613 (City of Manchester) Squadron RAuxF RINGWAY Manchester or 73 Sqn RAF Ta Kali MALTA or Mk24 of 80 Sqn RAF Kai Tak HONG KONG 1950. 1/32th scale ( 351mm/ 14 inch ) Model with 3 piece Interchangeable UP or DOWN Landing Gear, Rolling Wheels, 5 Blade TURNING Propeller, SLIDING Bubble Clear Canopy, Highly detailed COCKPIT with INSTRUMENT Panel, Side Panels, Full PILOT Figure, SEAT, Pilot DOOR, Controls, Full Rolls Royce GRIFFON V12 Engine & SUPERCHARGER, Fuel TANK, Removable ENGINE Panels, Removable GUN BAY Panels, 4 x 20mm CANNON, Gun Bays with AMMUNITION Belts, This Lovely Model SPIT can be finished in Grey & Green with Pale Grey undersides as flown by the RAF til 1951. The Rolls Royce GRIFFON gave a Terrific turn of Speed & Climb. Only a few were built but led the way to the PR Mk19 & last Seafires before JET Fighters took over.
