ICON ON NATURAL WOOD This is a beautiful Greek Orthodox icon of "Saints Konstantine and Helen". It is an exact reproduction of the beautiful byzantine icon painted by the Greek iconographer Liondas. It is made of massive natural wood, engraved by hand and prepared with the help of fire in high temperature so it never goes out of form. It is hand prepared in the old fashioned traditional way using natural stains and bee wax to cover the icon. This gives a nice church smell. The back is dark brown stained. An inspirational icon for display on the wall, or a great gift. Size : 6 " x 4" x 3/4". On the back side of the icon t is the Certificate of Made, and it is imported legally from Greece. Shipping in the US via USPS first class mail (lower 48 states) is $9.99, and optional (recommended) insurance is $1.75. For international shipping we calculate USPS Global Priority Mail.
