Will ship outside US ask for price $2 charge for customs form completion and charge that paypal makes for currency conversion.' Shipping in US includes actual postage, shipping and packing and delivery confirmation. It seems that postal service is getting worse, slow and packages did not arrive or damaged EBAY Now requires that delivery confirmation is included on all items.
