STAR WARS SAVAGE OPRESS CW55 NEW Star Wars The Clone Wars Savage Opress. Item comes factory sealed new with minor shelf wear. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING OR BIDDING If you have a specific "expectation" of quality or condition please ask questions prior to purchasing or bidding. Therefore if you are collecting or seeking collector grade condition then ask for more details prior to purchasing or bidding. I sell loose and new items and describe condition of both to the best of my ability however if a item is loose then some form of wear or use may or may not be apparent to the senses. For example there could be scratches or wear not apparent to the naked eye. Each buyer has there own "expectations". Items stated as used are "as is". New in sealed box items or items with boxes or packaging I will describe with some form of shelf wear and never stated as "mint". Again, if condition of the packaging is essential than ask for more detailed pictures and information. Items listed with multiple quantities will have a generic photo. Condition will vary as indicated in the listing. Lego items new and sealed will be digitally weighed and digitally photo archived and documented as new factory sealed prior to shipping. In addition, marked to verify as originally shipped item. This is a result of fraudulent individuals claiming significant contents were abscent or replaced to seek monetary compensation. SHIPPING & PACKAGING I ship following day of cleared payment excluding holidays and Sundays. In some cases upon request I may be able to ship same day if payment is received by 10 am eastern. I ship only to domestic locations and Paypal addresses. I drop packages off at the post office around noon on my lunch break. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the shipping address prior to purchase. I will not ship to an alternate address or manually change a shipping address. This is simply to protect my shipment from fraud and theft. If package is returned to me due to inaccurate addresses, no available recipient or the USPS exhausted all attempts to deliver I will refund and void transaction. I will not mail twice unless buyer pays for additional shipping and I will further require signature confirmation at the buyer's expense. I ship through USPS and my shipping provides confirmation and tracking. I ship expedited unless stated and at no charge. Delays with the postal service can and do happen. The tracking information provided shows the same information to me as the buyer. If there is a significant delay under USPS guidelines please contact me and I will contact the USPS to locate the package. This is rare however buyers often think I work for the USPS and some how personally control the flow of packages. I ship fast meaning I get your purchase to the post office following day of cleared payment and if I can same day. I ship First Class, Priority and Parcel Post. Delivery time varies and the estimated delivery is provided in the listing. Please take this into consideration before buying if you need the package by a specific date. Packaging of shipments: I take time and care in making sure packages are protected as well as possible. I bubble wrap the item and in many cases I custom double box the item and further shroud with thick shipping paper and tape fully closed to prevent damage or tampering. I visually document and archive the boxed shipment along with your label to verify the shipped box and condition prior to be mailed. Again, if the box or package condition is of utmost importance then Insurance is a Buyer's option that will be paid for by the Buyer. If you want your package insured send request to me "Prior" to payment and I can issue updated invoice with insurance included. Cost is typically $1.50 per $100 of coverage.
