This kit is also mint, unstarted and complete. Starter is long out of business. These kits are getting harder to find. Buyer to pay $4.00 1st class mailing in the US and Canada . Actual cost outside of the US, please ask about cost for mailing outside of USA. One kit to Europe is usually 10 dollars and 13 dollars to Australia and Asia. Insurance and tracking is at your discretion. I will gladly combine shipping to save you money. I do my very best to describe items honestly and accurately and my feedbacks reflect that.
